Most people have formal photographs, but those are rarely the images they cherish most. My photographs are framed and displayed in many homes because I capture the real moments—the moments when life is actually happening.
A truly great photograph tells a small story or preserves an emotion forever. In that sense, a photograph can be more powerful than video: video shows you what happened, but a photograph shows you how it felt.
